What if the tasks I’m asked to perform are different than from what SDC told me I would be doing?
As long as the request does not endanger yourself or others. We ask that our employees be flexible and help our customers any way they can. If you are asked to do something unsafe, refer to the next question.
What if I have a safety issue?
Safety issues should be taken up with your direct supervisor. If you can’t get a resolution contact SDC’s Operations Manager
Who do I contact if I have an emergency or scheduling conflict?
If it is a medical emergency, contact your immediate supervisor. If you have a home emergency or scheduling conflict contact the SDC Operations Manger.
Who do I contact if I have pay questions?

SDC bases it’s payroll off time sheets sent in by the dive supervisors on Mondays for the previous week. We encourage our divers to keep a log of hours worked so if there is any difference, the divers have something to reference.
